It’s best to start with a rough estimate for your project. Email us a quick sketch of your countertop project along with your desired countertop material and we can get started. Make sure to note any special features such as farmer sinks, island overhangs, backsplash, etc. If you prefer to have us come to you, we provide a free in-home consultation as well.
Material Selection
This might just be the most exciting part of the entire process! With an endless choice of materials and colors it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Our friendly staff is available to help answer any questions you may have.
Confirm and Schedule
Once you have chosen your material and accepted the estimate, we are ready to move on with the project. At this time we require a 50% deposit. We will order your stone and book an appointment to come to your home to template your countertops.
Template
A template for your project is completed by one of our installers who will visit your home and take exact measurements and pictures of the space. He will also look around your home to take notes that may be important for installation day. It is very important that all the cabinets are fully installed, properly leveled and securely fastened at this time. Sinks, faucets, cooktops, and any other accessories pertinent to the installation must be on the job site at the time of templating.
Fabrication
Your countertops will be fabricated at our shop based on all the information we have gathered.
Installation
Once the fabrication has been completed we will call to schedule your installation appointment. Our installers will arrive at your home with the finished pieces and complete the install.
Customer Follow-Up
Your business is important to us! We will follow-up a few days after your installation to ensure everything went well.
